Returns & Exchanges

At Gully Labs, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Products

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place them back in the original Gully Labs packaging.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and schedule a pickup or drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
